I created Integrity Association Services, Inc to get back to the true basics of condominium and homeowners association management. Association management is a tough business. It is easy to get overwhelmed. It is easy to lose focus. It demands that you  know what you're doing.   You  have to stay  dedicated to what you know is right and stick to your guns and your philosophy in a highly political arena. You have to stay humble. You have to work. You have to focus on the homeowner. You have to do your very best always.

ABOUT

Doug Counts is the founder and President - CEO of Integrity Association Services, Inc., a Panama City Beach, FL based Condominium and Homeowners association management company. Doug is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. After working in the logistics and transportation industry for over 17 years, Doug then published a regional scuba diving magazine for eight years out of Jacksonville. Upon moving to Panama City Beach he became interested in the management of the many high-rise condominiums and the people who owned them. Doug has worked as a licensed CAM - Community Association Manager - since January of 2013 and is also the president of his licensed CAM Firm, registered as Integrity Association Services, Inc. with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
